LINGOs is offering two workshops and focus groups related to our Last Mile Learning initiative (http://lastmilelearning.org)  and Project Services in Nairobi in July.  We welcome one or two of your colleagues from member organizations and local NGOs an opportunity to participate in one or both of the workshops.

 
Tuesday July 10 Last Mile Learning Coaching Workshop and Focus Group:
Among the top skills of the best managers: being a good coach. Strengthening coaching skills can help NGOs better manage teams and projects. Join LINGOs in a free morning workshop specifically tailored for staff working in the development sector. Advance registration is required and workshop limited to 25 participants (please limit to 1-2 per agency).

Wednesday July 11, Project Management Workshop and Focus Group:
Two important tools that Project Managers deploy to plan and manage projects are the Work Breakdown Structure and Issues Log. LINGOs’ Senior Project Manager and Veteran PMDPro Trainer Roger Steele in a morning workshop. Advance registration is required and workshop limited to 25 participants (please limit to 1-2 per agency).
