This is your chance look “under the hood” of the Last Mile Learning course prototype, “Coaching for Results” (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/4006118/content/coaching/Learn/player.html)  Michael Culligan, LINGOs’ Director of the Last Mile Learning initiative, will lead the webinar, which will be divided into two parts:

• Part 1: Question and Answer Section – Participants will have the chance to ask questions about how the use of the Articulate Rapid eLearning Studio application to create the self-led learning module of the course. Be sure to review the self-led coaching module before you arrive to the webinar – and come with questions!

• Part 2: Lessons Learned Section: One of the innovations in the Last Mile Learning initiative is the creation of three modules per course. During the Lessons Learned section of the webinar, Mike Culligan will reflect on some of the approaches used to create the Face to Face and Blended learning formats.
We invite participants to share how they are using social media for learning in their organizations.
