Pam Eddy and Jen Page have created a 25-hour curriculum for training trainers. The course emphasizes adult learning, creating instruction and conducting instruction.  

Join this webinar to learn about their successes and obstacles with teaching this course and discuss with colleagues how we can work together to share resources around this important topic.

They are open to both sharing their successes, seats in their classes, and the content they used to produce this.  In addition, a few organization have discussed how to  modify and target the content for subject matter experts who also have training responsibilities.   (So training is not their full time job.)
