RESOLVED - LMS Portals Unresponsive

At approximately 9:00 AM EST today, I received an automated alert that the LMS portals were not responding.  The ColdFusion service had to be restarted due to a rogue process which was consuming resources.

LINGOs received notice yesterday that the data center where our learning management system servers are hosted is relocating to a new facility.  They will be moving customer servers in phases over the course of the next few days.

Mainteance for MindLeaders courses is now complete.  I have spot-checked several courses and have had no issues.  User data should have remained intact.
 
If your users had previously only allowed pop-up windows for courses.mindleaders.com instead of...
 
UPDATE: Scheduled MindLeaders Course Maintenance

The MindLeaders course maintenance scheduled beginning January 27 and into January 28 has taken longer than MindLeaders expected.  They expect to complete the maintenance by noon EST tomorrow (Friday, January 29).
