This course focuses on managing and facilitating a Virtual Class and is intended for facilitators who will be teaching in a virtual classroom. The target audience of this class is participating LINGOs agencies who plan to deploy training via a virtual classroom. Elluminate Live is the Virtual Classroom tool used by LINGOs and, although this course is not dependent on a specific tool, the Elluminate Live tool will be used to administer the class.
At the end of the class, participants will be able to:
        - List 3 skills a VC training must have
        - Define characteristics of a successful virtual trainer
        - Explain the various roles of a virtual class
        - Define 4 ways to communicate with virtual learners
        - Articulate the value of at least 3 tools found in a virtual
          classroom
        - Tell us 3 ways to help a participant succeed in a virtual
          environment
What this session is and isn’t:
        - Not a technical Elluminate Live (or any other VCT tool)
          session
        - Not a functional Elluminate Live (or any other VCT tool)
          session
        - Not a class on writing or designing a virtual class
        - Is focused on Virtual Classroom facilitation
        - Is focused on managing a Virtual Classroom
This class will take approximately 2.5 hours.
