In the Document Library, you will find the entire Core Learning Training Resources from Save the Children UK. SCUK uses these training resources as way to support local HR staff in developing minimum standards in the following topic areas: Induction, Safeguarding Children, Code of Conduct, People and Performance Management, and Performance Management (the process). While much of this is specific to SCUK, member agencies of LINGOs may use these materials to build your own program. (The People and Performance Management section is not specific to Save the Children.)
