This support site is highly recommended. for facilitators. You can also attend a live session during working hours for the east coast.

I also recommend you send your participants to this ahead of time. It will show them if they need to install Java. And they can attend the RECORDED INTRO, which walks them through the basic features, how to change their connection speed, and how to deal with the audio.

Games for Training Recording link

This session will focus on some of the innovative approaches that LINGOs members have been using games to promote learning around the world. Jointly facilitated by LINGOs, CRS and IPAS.

At IPAS, global orientation programs pit staff in India and other countries across the world in Elluminate-based trivia games. Other agencies have been conducting face to face using Jeopardy-style games based on PowerPoint templates and learning games from c3 visuals.
