Who manages Student-Level Username/Passwords?
Answer
LEVEL TWO Sub-Portal -
The Agency LMS Administrator creates new students for their sub-portal and should be contacted if individual students have lost their username/password.
LEVEL ONE Sub-Portal -
Lost Passwords are recovered via the automatic LMS Password recovery system.
