LINGOs member agencies have access to two learning products that support the use of Outstart Trainer.  They are the following:

1.      Outstart Customer Edge http://customeredge.outstart.com – this customer support site provides a knowledge repository and technical support service for all of Outstart’s products.  Users can access the Outstart Trainer section to access documents, search the knowledge base,follow peer-to-peer and peer-to-expert exchanges, submit support requests and more.  Users require a username and password to access the site.

2.     Outstart Learning Zone  http://learning.outstart.com/learning/ - licensed users can access an 8-module course training learners on the use of Outstart Trainer.  These courses include:developing interactive content, including questions, loading external content and much more.  Users of this resource require a username and password to access the site.
